Learners can create their own accounts
Manually adding users to your system or managing large spreadsheets can be a bottleneck, especially for high-volume teams. Self-Registration allows users to join your platform independently through a secure link.

How can you use this feature
- Frontline Workers: Employees click the registration link, enter their details, and start their mandatory safety training immediately.
- External Partners: Share a registration link with distributors or resellers. They handle their own account creation, allowing you to scale product knowledge without manual IT intervention.
- Seasonal Staff: When onboarding a new cohort of students or interns, let them fill in their own information. You decide which data is mandatory—such as Department ili Job Role—to ensure your reports are accurate for future audits.
Create dynamic question banks
By shifting from fixed-question tests to a dynamic Question Bank model, we provide Enterprise HR teams with bulletproof compliance and Instructional Design teams with a scalable way to manage diverse training topics.

- Mixed Question Logic: You can now combine Mandatory Questions (critical knowledge everyone must be tested on) with Randomized Questions (pulled from specific pools).
- Thematic Categories: Organize your assessment into themes or fields. For example, a “Safety Certification” can pull 5 questions from the “Fire Hazards” category and 5 from “First Aid,” ensuring every topic is covered.
- Total Flexibility: There is no longer a fixed question count requirement; the system dynamically adjusts based on the parameters you set, supporting up to 200 questions per assessment.
- Pool-Based Selection: Define how many questions to pull from each category. If a category has 50 questions and you only request 10, the system uses a random selection algorithm to provide a fresh experience for every attempt.
