A User Seat is a unique account with the ability to access the Smart Arena platform at any point during a billing month. Billing is based on the number of active accounts – not logins or sessions.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time, and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal period.
Each plan includes a required onboarding package to ensure your team gets set up successfully. Onboarding is included free on multi-year commitments.
Coursly AI is Smart Arena's AI-powered course creation tool. Start and Plus plans include Coursly AI Creator (1 author). Premium includes Coursly AI Team (3 authors, doc/PPT-to-course, co-authoring). Additional authors and capacity are available as add-ons.
SSO (SAML, OIDC, LDAP) and API access are included in Plus and Premium plans. HRIS and ERP integrations (Salesforce, SAP, Pantheon, and others) are available as professional service add-ons on all plans.
Yes. Smart Arena is an EU-based platform built with GDPR compliance at its core. All data is stored and processed in accordance with EU regulations.
Start includes basic certificate issuance. Plus adds compliance rules, automated reminders, validity tracking, and manager oversight. Premium adds e-signatures, tamper-proof audit documentation, 1-click audit export, and real-time compliance dashboards.
Full white-label (custom colors, fonts, favicon, email templates, and Terms of Service on login) is available on the Premium plan. Plus includes logo, white-label sign-in page, and preset color themes.
